MacDowall leads Chevrolet 1-2 in P2

Alex MacDowall led a works Chevrolet one-two in the second British Touring Car free practice session at Snetterton this afternoon. Arena Motorsport's Tom Chilton set the pace early on with his Ford Focus before Jason Plato moved to the top of the timesheets with several quick laps in his works Chevy Cruze. A 1m59.063s effort in the last few minutes seemed to have secured Plato's position, but MacDowall pipped him by 0.038 seconds as the chequered flag flew
