Williams hopes upgrades bring points

Williams is pinning its hopes of scoring its first points since the Canadian Grand Prix on a new aerodynamic package that it is introducing in Belgium this weekend. Neither Rubens Barrichello nor Pastor Maldonado have finished in the top 10 since the Montreal event in June, with the outfit currently ninth place in the constructors' championship
