New Toro Rosso car will be at first test

Scuderia Toro Rosso has confirmed its new car will be ready for the opening pre-season test at Jerez next month, after passing all the mandatory crash tests this week. For 2012, all Formula 1 teams must complete the FIA crash tests before they are allowed to run their cars on track.
