A scoring error made by The Combat Sports Authority of New South Wales saw the UFC flyweight tournament bout between Ian McCall and Demetrious Johnson originally announced a decision victory for Johnson. The fight was actually a draw and, in need of a clear winner for the tournament to progress, the UFC set up the rematch.
