BJ Penn appears to be staying on the UFC 137 fight card after being offered a "deal he couldn't refuse" one day after the UFC moved Carlos Condit from his co-main event matchup with Penn to replace an absent Nick Diaz and challenge welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre in the UFC 137 headliner .
